Digital Delivery Policy

K-Wire sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses involved.
1. How you receive your product
After your payment is confirmed, the download becomes available immediately:
- On the order confirmation page shown right after checkout.
- In the order confirmation email sent to the address you provided.
- In your account under My Account → Downloads.
2. Delivery time
Delivery is instant in most cases. If payment confirmation from your bank is delayed, access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes and at most 24 hours.
3. File formats and requirements
Files are provided in the format stated on the product page (for example PDF, EPUB, PPTX, DOCX or XLSX). You will need compatible software or a suitable reader on your device to open them.
4. Download access
Please save your files after downloading. Download links are tied to your order and are for your personal use only; do not share them.
5. Problems with delivery
If you did not receive your download, check your spam folder and your My Account page first. If you still cannot access it, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we will resolve it promptly. See also our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
